IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
On all orders, there is a 24 hour delay from the time you place your order to the time your order reaches our fulfillment house. Once it reaches our fulfillment house and is shipped you will receive a tracking number from our fulfillment house. Our fulfillment house ships up to 3 pm each day Monday through Friday. To get your package out the fastest, please place your orders before 2 pm so that it can be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped the following day. If you email us, we can manually push it through to our fulfillment house to avoid the 24 hour delay. .
We ship by UPS Surepost for all orders in the U.S. except Alaska and Hawaii. (Those orders are shipped by UPS. You need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address so we can calculate the shipping.) With Surepost, UPS picks up your package from our fulfillment house and takes it to your local post office. Then your local post office will deliver it to you. You will receive a tracking number from UPS. This tracking number will give you the Post Office tracking number. Look under the tab called “Additional Information.” It will say Postal Service Tracking ID. The tracking number will be posted to the right. Take this number and track it at the post office site: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery AFTER it reaches our fulfillment house.
We ship only by UPS for all international orders. Please note we are NOT responsible for any duty and taxes your country may charge. If you refuse the package because of these charges and the package is returned to us, UPS charges for the shipping back to us. That amount will be deducted from your refund as well as a 10% restocking fee of the total price of the products. Your initial shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.
We do not ship to P.O boxes or APO or FPO addresses. We do not ship to some countries that have a Trained Professional. We also do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. A Refund will ONLY be given:
Private Sessions – a 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all private sessions. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the session.
Everybelly® Seminar - For this seminar, cancellations with refunds are allowed up to 7 days prior to the workshop. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the workshop and no refunds will be given. Please note if you do not attend the workshop, you will be allowed to attend the next workshop only if there is space available.
Six Week Online Support Program - Once registered, there are no refunds for this course.
